Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom. International shipping may be available where stated at checkout.

Delivery Times

Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days.
Express Delivery (if selected): 1–2 business days.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Tropical Tans is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs where applicable.
